Welcome to Villa Le Tiki, a charming, air-conditioned Provençal villa of 135 m² in the heart of Flayosc, one of the Var’s most authentic villages. Set in a fully enclosed, landscaped garden of 1,100 m² that is not overlooked, it welcomes up to 8 guests. The village market, bakery, restaurants and pétanque court are within walking distance.



Outside: private free-form pool, tree-filled garden, sun loungers and parasols, large table seating 8, barbecue, lounge area under a pergola, shaded courtyard, dartboard and private parking.



Inside: 4 air-conditioned bedrooms (2 on the ground floor, 2 upstairs with independent access from the garden), ideal for two families or a group of friends. Beds measuring 180 cm wide or two 90 cm-wide beds, 2 bathrooms, spacious living room with fireplace, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, reversible air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine and tumble dryer. Bed linen and towels are provided, with beds made for your arrival.



Explore the Verdon Gorge, the beaches of Saint-Raphaël, the wine estates of the Dracénie, and Tourtour, Cotignac, Salernes and Villecroze. The villa, pool, garden, terraces and parking are all exclusively yours. Check-in from 5 pm, check-out before 10 am.
