The cabin is small, but it had all the necessities you need. Could you some new pots and pans. It was very convenient to pipestem state park. The only thing i think it needs is a grill and fire pit. AC was good and kept us comfortable. The check-in process was weird. We had to fax a copy of a driver's license and a selfie in order to get the door code. This is unnecessary since we had already guaranteed a non-refundable payment via credit card. I have never experienced this before. We gave a low overall rating because the owner/booking agent contacted us and said the water was not-potable. This is not good. Luckily, we had brought some water of our own. The shower water had a sulfur-like smell to it. This is an easy fix; simply call Culligan and get a filter system installed. We have one at home and our water is cleaner than the bottled water sold in stores. Sorry guys, but people expect potable water with a rental. If not for this issue, I would have given an overall 4.0 rating. ##### David F.
