THE CONSERVATORY (Unit 1) Anchored by a soaring, 3-story atrium with a dramatic floating staircase, every level of the home is arranged with group comfort and privacy in mind. There are large social areas complete with tables and sofas for groups to come together, 2 kitchens featuring top of the line appliances and loads of prep space, and outdoor living spots that include a BBQ area, a sweet adult swing set-up, 2 hot tubs, and a rooftop deck with views of Humphreys Peak. 10 bedrooms in the home are beautifully appointed with premium bedding and arranged in multiple configurations that allow for both privacy for couples and group quarters for fun sleep overs. 1st level: The first floor is an epic entertaining space framed by sky high windows that flood the area with natural light. It features a state-of-the-art catering kitchen, 4 dining tables accommodating up to 40+ guests, and an intimate gathering space with chesterfield couches. An industrial roll-up door seamlessly connects the interior to the outdoors off the breakout room, creating even more space for group activities. There’s also a bedroom and 2.5 bathrooms on this level. Bedroom configuration as follows: Bedroom 1: 1 Queen bed, full bath Half-bath Full-bath in break-out room 2nd level: Head up the gorgeous open staircase to the second floor to find a game room open to the atrium, 6 bedrooms, and a deck. Guests will enjoy billiards on the 8-ft pool table, gaming retro style with an ultimate arcade machine featuring several of the classics, or simply chilling with a personal device on the leather sectional. An outdoor deck right off the game room is always a favorite gathering spot, especially with its hot tub from which guests can enjoy the fresh mountain air and scenic surroundings. The layout is extremely well suited for professional gatherings, with a large main area that worked perfectly for group meetings and presentations, as well as multiple quiet spaces that allowed for breakout sessions, small group discussions, and focused individual work.We brought our own projector and used the front room as our primary meeting space, which worked beautifully with the ample seating and open ow of the home. One of the biggest highlights was the commercial kitchen. While we were busy working, our chef was able to prepare lunches e!iciently without disrupting meetings, which made the entire experience seamless and productive.The home was comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully designed for larger groups with both collaboration and privacy in mind. It provided the perfect balance of productivity and comfort, and we would absolutely recommend this property for corporate retreats, strategy sessions, or team o!-sites.
