The space: \- Bedroom 1: King \- Bedroom 2: King \- Bedroom 3: King \- Bedroom 4: King \- Bedroom 5 : 2 full over full bunk beds \- Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. \- This property allows 2 dogs. A non-refundable pet fee of $180 + Tax will be charged for the first dog, $50 +Tax for the second. Please note that additional fees may apply if we find any damage, excessive pet hair, stains, or waste (inside or outside) upon checkout. \-3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of $60 per day must be paid prior to check-in. \- AGE RESTRICTIONS: The registering guest must be at least 25 years of age and will be held responsible for all parties and/or guests of this reservation. The individual making this reservation must be 25 years old, must be present at check-in, and must remain for the entire length of the reservation. \-No Smoking/Vaping Allowed. To ensure a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, smoking/vaping is strictly prohibited inside the unit and in all surrounding areas, including balconies and patios.
