"Food in restaurant excellent. Room good size ,shower pressure very disappointing. Restaurant staff on Sunday night very very good, not the same on the Monday night sadly. Leisure facilities good. Will definitely return but will book a room with a view ......."

"The room we stayed in was excellent more like a suite than bedroom. Really soacious with sofa and easy chairs as well as a window seat. There was a Kingsize bed, mattress a little too firm for our liking. Two tvs one at each end of the room. The bathroom was luxurious and large. We had breakfast each day at the hotel Nd there was a good choice. Staff were friendly and helpful. The daily housekeeping was faultless. Would definitely stay here again."

"Staff were excellent, they made us feel very welcome We expected a standard double as that’s what I booked through Expedia but we were given a cosy double as it was called on the Glenisle website , the room was very nice but the en suite needed some attention to the tiles in the shower and the shower tap system , this room was also at the top of the hotel and I found it a struggle by the time I reached the last set of stairs, Breakfast was excellent and dinner was nice but not outstanding. "The Hotel decor is tired and a little dated. Our room had a connecting door (great for families but not for us) Even though we were in the "newest" part of the hotel it was pretty obvious that the floor boards went through both rooms as as we were disturbed by the people in the next room as they moved around and visited the toilet during the night ... it sounded like they were walking around in our room."

"A really good hotel that had great facilities. Two restaurants with excellent choices. Two indoor pools - one just for hotel guests (the other for guests in the lodges). Several comfy rooms for chilling. Lovely grounds for walks and close enough to walk to Brodick. Everywhere is decorated to a very high standard. The staff are a mix of local and world wide - all very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The whole hotel is dog friendly. Highly recommend "
