« 3 nights at hotel booked through Expedia. I informed Expedia that my travel plans had changed and I would only need 2 nights. Apparently Expedia failed to pass this on to the hotel so when I arrived I discovered that the booking had been canceled because I was a no show on my first booked night. The hotel was unable to accommodate me for the remaining two nights. An Expedia agent helped me book another [more expensive] hotel in the city. »

« The interiors have been updated recently. Our room was nice, but there was mildew on the grout next to the shower. I noticed a little mouse feces on the bedspread before we left. When we were there, the front breezeway was stripped down to steel beams, so it must have been next on the list for an upgrade. The breakfast was good, but would have liked some bacon as an option to sausage links. »
