« Evi was an amazing host. She was very friendly and went above and beyond to advise us on how to get around using the local buses as well as which activities we could partake in. The view from the private terrace was so peaceful and having breakfast with this view and the sounds of nature all around us was just the best. The beds were also very comfortable and the apartment was very clean. The only downside I would say is that there was no washing machine available for us to use and no handwash -...

« This is an exceptionally clean and attractive apartment with good bathroom and kitchen facilities. A beautiful location, close to small shopping centre with bank, pharmacy ,cafe, bakery and supermarket. Well placed gor walks and cycle paths and a shory walk from a refreshing swimming lake. Our hosts were very helpful and responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. We can thoroughly recommend this property. activities »

« Wir haben 10 schöne Tage in der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Südtirol ist immer toll, die Ferienwohnung hat uns auf Grund der Lage, der Ausstattung und der 3 Terrassen (eine passt immer zum Wetter/Sonnenstand) aber besonders gefallen. Die Wallbox in der Garage konnten wir für unseren Tesla super nutzen, das war sehr komfortabel. Gerne wieder!! »

« Wij hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in appartement Opal. Vanuit het comfortabele appartement hadden wij een prachtig uitzicht op de bergen. Op ons eigen terras stond ook een comfortabele loungeset. Onze auto konden wij onder het huis in een beveiligde parkeergarage neer zetten. En met de Südtirol guestpas die in het appartement klaar lag konden wij gratis met het openbaar vervoer reizen. »

"Nous avons subit un accueil détestable : la demoiselle présente à l'accueil à notre arrivée devrait changer de métier ! D'évidence l'arrivée de notre groupe l'a profondément dérangée et nous l'a bien fait ressentir !!! L'hôtel est lui propre, confortable et calme. Places de stationnement disponibles, couvertes pour les motos. Il n'y a pas énormément d'offre restauration à proximité, mais vous pouvez vous y rendre à pieds. Les tarifs indiqués en réservations n'ont pas été respectés ! Nous n'étions que de passage pour une nuit, vu l'accueil détestable, nous avons préféré payer le montant demandé pour éviter des complications supplémentaires. Je ne reviendrai pas dans cet établissement, mes compagnons de voyage non plus, et nous n'en ferons pas bonne publicité !"

"Bon séjour dans un hotel idéalement placé, légèrement en retrait de la route principale. Chambre de taille moyenne mais propre et confortable et avec un balcon. Petit déjeuner buffet varié et copieux. On a testé les 2 restaurants de l'hotel, la nourriture était correcte. Tout le staff est compétent et très gentil. Le seul petit bémol : les robes de chambre (et sac serviettes spa) sont récupérées la veille du départ ce qui empeche une dernière soirée cocooning "

"Accueil montagnard pas très chaleureux (peut-être parce qu'on parlait italien...). Clientèle essentiellement germanique et nordique. L'hôtel organise les tables du petit-déjeuner et nous avons été installés loin des vitres à côté du buffet. Après réclamation, nous avons obtenu une table vue sur montagne dès le jour suivant. Chambre spacieuse et confortable. Le SPA a le mérite d'exister même si pas adapté à la taille de l'hôtel. Les bus ne circulent pas souvent pour rejoindre les pistes. Les Dolomites sont merveilleuses et on a vite oublié ces désagréments "
