Quiet area to relax at pool
Set in a quiet residential area. Walking distance to good restaurants, bakery, cafes and shops. About 10 mins walk to beach. Apartment had every thing you needed. Very clean and comfortable. Beautiful pool area to relax and swim. Great value and we would return. (Bakery at the bottom of street is great for breakfasts)

Pretty small Hotel with friendly and helpful staff
Ten is a very nice small apart hotel with friendly helpful staff. I had a pool view balcony room and when I was there it was nice and quiet and the pool was often empty- in fact most of the time. My apartment was basic but very clean but had all equipment needed to cook meals. On the plus side for me they had bikes for hire. I cycled along the coast beyond Calis beach to a place called Akmaz beach a pebble beach set on the edge of a pine forest which I preferred to Calis beach -,it was mainly Turkish families. Ten is also close to the Dolmus stop to go to Fethiye and 5 mins from beach and boat taxi to Fethiye though I think the bus is quicker and cheaper. For me it was preferable to the bustle of staying at a hotel at the beach.

Great location, close to all the restaurants but away from the noise. Very nice pool area. Mattress on the bed was a bit hard but everything else was great.

Well kitted out clean comfortable apt, plenty hot water at both the kitchen and bathroom, nice pool, all staff friendly and helpful. Only minor thing was no UK news channels on TV. Location close to restaraunts, beach, supermarket and local bus. Would stay stay there again.

Ten apart is a beautiful hidden gem. Extremely clean, friendly family run apartments. Close to shops less than 10 mins walk away from calis beach. Supermarkets 4 mins walk. Will definitely be returning.

Cheap clean stay. Decent simple accommodation.
Very clean basic accommodation good for few nights or maybe for families or people who want to cook. All stuff in the kitchen was very clean so you could actually use it if you wanted to cook (not that we did). Location is so so, few shops close by. V cheap price for simple but decent and very clean accommodation. Double bed quite small. Nice garden. Very nice and friendly staff. Would stay again for a short stay.

Clean, spacious accommodation with friendly owner
Had a great stay here. Originally came for 2 nights but stayed 4. Owner friendly, helpful and smiley - it makes a difference when you're greeted with a smile by your first name!

Simple stay
Simple, affordable. Nothing fancy, but decent. Room had a balcony and kitchenette. Shower was not hot unfortunately. Friendly staff and ample parking. Not so near to the city unless you have a car. They didn't offer breakfast due to covid. Pool was full with children usually. Room was clean and aircon was cold. Decent stay.

A big disappointment
I booked in this place based on high reviews and scores on different platforms, but i strongly believe these are fake reviews, it is well below average place to stay, the pictures do not reflect the reality, and the price paid is so high,will never book again,and do not recommend at all

It was a very comfortable bed and the room was perfect. Could have done with bigger cups for coffee and a bread knife and some water when we arrived but couldn't fault the place or the staff. The outside area round the pool was lovely and very well kept.

Fabulous place, lived it!
Only stayed one night which was a shame, will certainly stay longer next time. Loved the pool, very nice rooms- spotlessly clean, but most of all loved the fabulous greeting and friendly welcome and good bye. Fun people with a great sense of humour. Highly recommend, and not to forget, a fabulous breakfast!!

Absolutely lovely. We loved our stay at Ten Apart Otel. This otel was well equipped including AC, stove, pot and pans, swimming pool, and lots of parking spot. We felt like home. I wish i could stay longer. Wonderful Apart Otel.

Very nice stay but a bit far from the city centre
Ten apart is very cute! The staff are super friendly, helpful and welcoming. The place is tucked away in a residential area with tennis courts, little super market and the beach nearby. It’s perfect for a quiet family vacation. Lots of little cafes and restaurants to check out. Just a little far from where everything is.

Neat little hotel near the beach.
Ten minutes walk from the beach and ten minutes by public transport to the center of Fethiye. Frequent change of linen and daily cleaning. Rent a car in the hotel and on good terms. Goodwill and willingness to help in solving any problems.

Comfortable, Clean, Excellent Service
A very comfortable, clean and well kept apartment hotel. Hosts are very helpful and have very good knowledge of the local area, take their suggestions and you will really enjoy your stay. Breakfast was the best we had in Turkey. The kids loved the pool. Overall it's a quiet and peaceful place with amazing hosts that make you feel comfortable. No complaints or problems. Thanks for making our stay so easy. Would book again without hesitation.

Ten Apart Otel
Apartments were clean and well kept. They looked modern and nearly brand new, the service and people were great always and helpful with booking excursions. The area was good and close to buses, beach and restaurants. Would definitely come back again and recommend to anyone to stay here.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We booked for 2 nights and stayed for 6! The beds are comfortable, the room is comfortable, excellent water pressure in the shower. The hotel facilities are all good: pool, breakfast etc. The hotel is a short walk from the bus into Fethiye central, or iou can catch a ferry into town. The beach is about a 7 minute walk away and that area is full of bars and restaurants. The staff at 10 Apart are wonderfully helpful and lovely.

Es war alles perfekt. Schönes ruhiges Zimmer ,bequemes Bett, gute heiße Dusche. Der pool war groß und sauber. Schöner Strand, gute Restaurants und Bäckerei inder Nähe.

Eine wirklich schöne Unterkunft mit sauberen Zimmer mit Balkon. Die Küche gut ausgestattet, zum Kochen alles wichtige da, nur der Gasherd war nicht immer verlässlich. Unser Zimmer hatte eine Waschmaschine, die hat aber auch nicht perfekt funktioniert. Das Personal war sehr freundlich , hilfsbereit und sympatisch, an der Rezeption allerdings nicht immer gut zu erreichen, da wäre eine Klingel oder sowas gut. Irgendwann hat man sich aber immer gefunden. Einen Tag haben wir Fahrräder geliehen, die teilweise leider sehr schlecht zu fahren waren. Es gibt in der Gegend aber eine gute Fahrradinfrastruktur. Insgesamt haben wir uns total wohl gefühlt und eine wirklich schöne Zeit gehabt!
