"It's an older hotel that has been renovated, so there isn't much in the way of insulating barriers. I happened to have a very noisy upstairs neighbor, but the hotel room itself was very nice."

"We were pretty upset when we returned to our room and up above us was loud music and jumping on the floor that continued for hours. we complained, there was another room who complained but they didn’t stop to make a long story short we ended up having to change rooms in the middle of the night. We paid for a suite and ended up in a regular room. Front desk Staff was amazing and the gentleman that I believe worked as maintenance was great, however, housekeeping, and a couple of other ladies from the kitchen were extremely rude and not friendly at all. "

"I booked a king room on the river. They gave us a room with double bed facing the parking lot. I complained to hotel and they told me they over booked for that weekend. Very disappointed. "

"The room was relatively clean but the carpet needs replacing. There is no telephone in the room, which seems very lacking. Most hotels now provide mini coffee makers but there was not one. Some hotels provide microwaves and mini refrigerators. I suppose it was our fault for not researching these things further. The breakfast was adequate. The restaurant was closed due to some issue with the gas."
