Right in the middle of the old town, with convenient parking in a rear courtyard. Close to sights and food. Staff was very polite and helpful. Rooms were clean, and my bathroom was huge.

Europa is a beautiful hotel in a palazzo in centro with a bus stop at the front door. Friendly staff and a comprehensive breakfast.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel was in a central location and the bedroom and ensuite were both comfortable and spacious. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The free use of the hotel's well-maintained bicycles and the onsite cafe were added bonuses.

Ferrara hotel of choice
Beautiful hotel just seconds from the main cathedral, citadel, and incredible food choices. Easy parking. Will absolutely book again

Ferrara Buskers Festival
Absolutely loved the room - tile floors, antique wardrobe and furnishings, but especially the chandelier hanging from the high, fresco-ed ceiling. Very clean. The bathrooms were very modern and the glass shower stall was huge. The staff was excellent - friendly, helpful and remembered our room number when handing back our key. They are connected to the Europe Cafe which has excellent pastries & espressos. The only downside were the breakfast offerings - nothing hot, which I expected from this hotel. We also eat closer to the end time of breakfast and items were not replenished 30 minutes prior to the end. But not a deal breaker and the "American style" coffee was wonderfully rich and strong! Stayed there for the Ferrara Buskers Festival and it was an excellent location for this. The hotel is located very close to the main Piazza - easy to get to for a "non-walker" like me!

Centrally located, dated, but charming hotel.
Central location, traffic and parking in the area difficult until we got used to Italian driving rules. Hotel a bit old, but nicely renovated with clean rooms. AC did not work. Breakfast buffet was a weak point, kind of continental.

Pretty basic room, air conditioning as struggling to cope with the heat. Staff were excellent. Hotel is in a great location near the centre of town.

Από τα πιο ευρύχωρα μονοκλινα δωμάτια που έχω συναντάται ταξίδια μου και μάλιστα με το μπάνιο φιλικό προς άτομα ΑΜΕΑ... Εξαιρετικό πρωινό και με φρεσκες γλυκές γεύσεις απο το ομώνυμο και ομοσταυλο καφέ. Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται στην κεντρική αρτηρία της πόλης, μόλις πέντε λεπτά με τα πόδια από το κέντρο και 15-20' από τον σιδηροδρομικό σταθμό. Προσφέρει ποδήλατα δωρεάν για τους πελάτες του Άριστο από κάθε άποψη

Für Nostalgiker
Das Haus hat den leicht bröckeligen Charme eines ehemaligen Grandhotels, was wir aber mochten. Das Bad hatte z. B. schöne alte Armaturen. Es liegt sehr zentral, aber leider an einer Hauptverkehrsstrasse, was sich vor allem frühmorgens bemerkbar macht. Das Personal fanden wir eher mittelfreundlich. Für eine Übernachtung ist das "Europa" aber völlig in Ordnung. Sehr gut der kostenlose PKW-Stellplatz im Innenhof.

Ottimo hotel, a due passi dal castello, personale gentilissimo e colazione abbondante! Proprio davanti all'ingresso c'è la fermata del bus. Ho chiesto un cuscino in più perché ne ho trovato solo uno e molto sottile. Il personale è stato molto disponibile.

Peccato: vacanza interrotta.
L'albergo si presenta con una struttura un po' vecchiotta, ma la nostra camera era correttamente arredata e il bagno era ammodernato con doccia e sanitari di nuova installazione, credo. La pulizia e la dotazione di asciugamani completa. Letto comodo e, essendo la camera e il bagno dotate di doppie finestre, non si sentiva il rumore del traffico. Abbiamo dovuto interrompere il nostro soggiorno per un incidente occorso a mia moglie che ci ha costretti ad un ritorno a casa per le opportune cure. Molto gentilmente abbiamo pagato solo un giorno di permanenza. Assolutamente consigliato.

Il materasso era così duro che non sono riuscita a chiudere occhio. Un prezzo contenuto non giustifica un letto così scomodo. Non posso dire di aver avuto un soggiorno positivo.
