Lovely hotel with amazing decor in a quiet part of town , the marble floors and amazing plasterwork in the main rooms are exquisite . We will stay here again , the staff are helpful as well and very attentive x

Il personale è gentile, qualcuno cordiale, altri meno. Si è verificato un inconveniente, che ho già segnalato: avevo indicato la colazione inclusa nel prezzo, ma all'hotel non risultava. Non so se la cosa sia imputabile al sito o alla struttura; quando ho "cliccato" sull'inclusione della colazione, l'importo è cambiato, ma la ricevuta indica soltanto "tasse e oneri". Sarebbe opportuna maggiore chiarezza.

Accessibilità disabili impossibile visto il numero di gradini sia per raggiungere la reception che gli ascensori. Personale non propriamente cortese Colazione troppo basic per un 5 stelle (pane duro immangiabile, colazione salata inesistente, frutta scarsa cestino con arance vecchie e limoni e due kiwi marmorei e 1 mela da litigare tra commensali, disposizione angolo cornflakes con cestini di recupero Pulizia bagno da rivedere (spazzolino water sporco da precedenti occupanti)

Hotel 4* in ottima posizione, a pochi passi dal centro. Bene l'accoglienza, specialmente durante l'abbondante colazione a buffet. La camera era pulita, con qualcosa da mettere a posto (scarse le prese, la doccia non era in ordine e palesemente incrostata di calcare, TV non sintonizzata, carta da parati da rifare)

Sinceramente mi aspettavo di meglio, mio figlio ha dormito in un angolo della stanza con tetto spiovente col rischio di battere la testa ogni volta che si alzava dal letto, il bagno senza finestra era molto molto caldo e con aria soffocante, la temperatura che abbiamo trovato in camera e in corridoio il mattino al risveglio era da sauna, non credo che ci tornerò.

Palazzo storico interessante con arredi originali e molte pendole, orologi mobili e soprammobili del tempo in una comoda posizione per girare a piedi per tutta la città - la stanza ampia e gradevole ben climatizzata - colazione completa e Staff disponibile e professionale!
