"Rooms were ok, beds not super comfortable but lockers quite big - some of them weren’t working tho. Breakfast was awesome, buffet style with lots to choose from. The ladies running the breakfast and cleaning is lovely, so sweet and trying their best to communicate through google translate. The lady in the reception is not very nice and was being rude to me during my stay, for absolutely no reason. She doesn’t speak a word of English either so really hard to communicate - I know English is rare...

"Os funcionários foram super atenciosos e educados. As meninas do café muito educadas e simpaticas. O pessoal da recepção tambem foram super prestativos. O problema do café da manhã foi que não variavam as comidas, eram sempre as mesmas opções todos os dias e nao tinha cadeirão para bebês. A infraestrutura da pousada deixa um pouco a desejar. Precisamos trocar de quarto porque não conseguimos mexer no ar condicionado do quarto, estava estragado o botão da temperatura. Os banheiros dos dois...

"Nice clean spacious property with great views and very quiet area. Easy enough to walk to town center 10-15 min. Nice pool area and staff were very friendly and helpful. "Absolutely incredible stay at Casas Brancas Hotel in Buzios. We stayed two nights in the summer and cannot speak highly enough of this place—we just wish we could have stayed longer. The staff is definitely one of the highlights. Both Juliana and Gabriel were very kind and helpful. We had an early booking for a boat trip that required us to leave the hotel at 6 a.m., and they prepared a little breakfast bag for us to take on the go. The rooms are beautiful. We had one with an ocean view and a small balcony—sublime! The food at the restaurant is delicious, as are the drinks. Breakfast is also amazing. The hotel is very well located, just 5 minutes from the center (Rua das Pedras) and about 10 minutes from some lovely beaches. The only thing I’d like to point out is that there are quite a few stairs, so keep this in mind if anyone in your party has mobility issues."
