Fernie Getaway with 2 Queens & 2 Baths / Hot Tub

Ride or ski all day, soak all evening, and start tomorrow with coffee on the balcony. This two-bedroom condo sits five minutes from historic downtown Fernie and the Elk River, with Fernie Alpine Resort a short drive away. Come home to a gas fireplace and a kitchen stocked with locally roasted beans, then head downstairs to the indoor pool, outdoor hot tub, steam room and gym. Skis and bikes bunk in the underground parkade, so all you carry up is the stories.

The condo is on the second floor, with an elevator up from the lobby and the parkade. Step inside and the dining table is right there, with seating for four. It doubles as your workspace when you need to check in on the office. The kitchen sits just beside it, with stools pulled up to the breakfast bar.

It's a full kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. Coffee is sorted with a coffee maker, a grinder and locally roasted beans, plus a kettle for hot water. Oil, salt and pepper are stocked, and there's cutlery and tableware for four.

Past the dining area, the living room opens up around a corner gas fireplace. Flip it on after a day out and settle in, with a TV with cable for a night in. A glass door between two windows lets in plenty of daylight and leads out to your balcony, where a natural gas barbecue is ready for dinner and there's seating for coffee in the morning or a drink at the end of the day.

Each bedroom has a queen bed, a window and a closet, so the condo shares easily between two couples or friends. One has its own en-suite with a tub and shower. A second bathroom off the hallway serves the other bedroom, so nobody has to wait their turn. Both are stocked with locally made hand soap and 2-in-1 body wash. A washer and dryer in the unit means you can wash gear mid-trip.

The condo will be entirely yours during your stay. As a Silver Rock guest, you'll also have access to the building's pool (open as early as 6am), hot tub, steam room, and small gym, plus underground parking and a ski locker (bring your own lock - or reach out and rent one from us). Please note, the communal areas at Silver Rock are all subject to closures at any time, sometimes without notice, due to various circumstances.

Once your stay is confirmed, we'll email you a secure link to your personalised StayIn guest guide, which sits outside of Vrbo. It has your check-in and check-out details, reservation, parking and property info, plus the option to accept or decline our damage waiver (see below). The code will be visible five minutes before your scheduled check-in time. If you won’t have internet access at check-in, please message us in advance so we can make other arrangements.

Accidents happen, right? Upgrade your Vrbo coverage with our optional damage waiver. For a small fee, you're covered for up to CA$1,000 in accidental damage, like lost keys, broken dishes, stains and scuffs. Opt in or out via your StayIn guest guide. If you skip it, you're responsible for any damage. It doesn't cover damage caused by any animal, intentional damage, negligence or extra cleaning.
