When i arrived ( rather hot amd bothered), the receptionists said I should have called them to pick me up! "Rooms were clean except for cigarettes in ashtray when we went to our room . Elevator smelled of sulphur. As to Sauna, we are rather sad that it was naked only. We are 2 prudish people and not comfortable around nude people, so couldnt use it. Breakfast was average..Oh and we would have liked a little more complimentary Proseco.."Free minibar was a disappointment had a coupple of beers and apple juice Now all the good . Front desk people amazing. Kudos and special mention to Miguel our bartender who was fantastic.Hot Tub and pool fantastic. And the view....What a view. Ask for room 314!. Shuttle person was super and bags were brought to our room. Overall an amazing experience and want to return this summer"
