Felton Vacation Packages

The hotel was clean and easy parking but service was lacking. Arrived at 3pm and was told our room wouldn’t be ready for at least another hour even though check in was at 3pm. No apologies were given from the young man at the desk but I was given a 10% discount after asking since the room wasn’t ready and I had an event to get ready for. Once in the room 45mins later, my partner needed to use the iron, but there wasn’t one available. There was an ironing board but no iron. I called the front desk to request one and was told to come down to the desk to get it. Once down there the same young man had no idea what I was talking about. I explained I just called and spoke to someone about the iron and his response was “it wasn’t me”. So again I asked for an iron. I was given one but then told to bring it back down when I was done lol. Interesting experience

Would be 10/10 but not having a way to block out the street lights at night and morning sun really messed up our sleep. That’s the only flaw we found, we loved this hotel!

Last day of visit no hot water in the shower

Room 302 shares wall with house keeping room and because of that it was noisy in the mornings.

The property is excellent and so are the apartments, but the check-in was terrible, I shared the apartment with a colleague who arrived before me and they did not let him in. I had informed the property the day before that he would arrive earlier and gave them his generalities. He even had a copy of my passport. In the end he had to book a room elsewhere for the night.
