  • Luxury 42' RV retreat- King bed, full bath, full size refrigerator, indoor & outdoor fireplaces with pond view.

    Shower big enough for Bigfoot 6'4"

    Farm fresh eggs daily

    Property is fenced in with access gate. Bring your boat!

    Caretakers come twice a day to gather eggs & tend to animals on site.

    This property has been in my family for almost 40 years. I see such potential here & it can only get better. Help me "MAKE IT GREAT AGAIN"

Wonderful host and super accommodating for my family's fishing trip. They loved all the animals and the closeness to Headwaters - perfect area for the boat and to relax after HOURS of fishing. Host /caretaker were very responsive and helpful for the whole trip.

100% happy with our stay! The camper was full of things you might need and then some! The critters were fun to watch and interact with as well. My favorite was sitting the chair swing soaking up the sun and admiring the pond. Excellent place to stay!

This was our second time staying here. Everything was great! We have a great time interacting with the farm animals. Can’t ask for a more relaxing place to stay while we are not fishing at Headwaters Lake. The host and her mom are very lovely people.

Great place to stay, very private, comfortable RV. Chickens, ducks, a turkey, horses and kitties on property. We loved interacting with all the animals. Location is perfect for fishing access to Headwaters and Stick Marsh. Great restaurants in town. Hosts were fantastic. We will definitely stay here again.

ABSOLUTELY a hidden gem! Dog friendly, very spacious 5th wheel, veryquiet and relaxing. FUN FACT when we turned on the TV the movie "Tammy" started...and of course myname is Tammy - we got a good laugh from it. the swi g and lights were great, the location is 2 streets frommy in law so easy THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING from

Just a little bit of paradise on an easy to find road close to where we were fishing Host was super friendly and easy to reach. The only thing I'd say negative is don't let the front of the property throw you off..once you get down to the travel trailer it's really nice and veiw from there along with sounds of birds everywhere was peaceful. I'm sure it's a work in progress and it wasn't horrific ..just kind of threw me Shopping for groceries, gas and bait just a few miles (you pass them on the way)
