The estate boasts a beautiful private pool measuring 12m x 6m with a depth of 1.80m, surrounded by lush gardens and stylish outdoor areas ideal for soaking up the Mediterranean climate. The glass-enclosed BBQ area is perfect for group gatherings, offering a large dining table for 16 people, a fully equipped kitchen with gas stoves, and a wood-fired oven. On the ground floor, you’ll find two bedrooms: one with two double beds and an en-suite bathroom, and another with two single beds and a small loft with an additional single bed and en-suite bathroom.
