### My Rental Homes - Can Mako with panoramic sea view and private pool

Can Mako is an enchanting property located in the area of Porto colom, Mallorca on the east side of this beautiful Island.  
  
This majestic villa offers 6 bedrooms, all en-suite, a fantastic private pool and it is immersed into a wonderful and well maintained Mediterranean garden and it can accommodate up to 12 people in the best comfort and luxury.  
  
The outdoor offers an enormous private pool all equipped with sun beds and sun umbrellas, various sitting and dining areas all around the property as well as a lovely deck/patio, BBQ facilities and a breathtaking view over the surroundings and in the distance, even a glimpse of the Mallorcan sea.

The interior is simply terrific:  
a perfect blend between modernitiy and tradition, a large living area equipped with high quality furniture, a well equipped kitchen complete of more than the necessary including the latest appliances in order to prepare homemade meals or simply to oranize a private dinner with chef in villa to make memorable moments with your family or just a group of friends.  
Both the kitchen and the living room lead directly to the spacious terrace – nestled between fragrant lavender and citrus trees.  
  
The bedrooms are set as follows:

King size bed, TV, air conditioning, access to a terrace, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and bath.  
Bedroom 2  
King size bed, TV, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.

King size bed, TV, air conditioning, access to garden with views of the swimming pool and countryside. En-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.  
Bedroom 4  
King size bed (can be split into 2 x single beds), TV, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and bath.

King size bed, TV, air conditioning, access to a terrace. En-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.

A refundable deposit of 3000 € will be required upon arrival, it will be returned at the time of departure less any charges in case of damages.  
The minimum stay is 4 nights in low season. 7 nights  
Check-in time is from 16:00; Checkout time is within 10:00.  
For bookings of more than 10 overnight stays, a weekly cleaning service and change of linens is included in the price. This service will take place every 7 days, starting on the 8th day of stay.

We can assist you and give suggestions for any kind of interesting activities, such as excursions, boat tours, cooking experiences and much more.
