I have stayed here several times, and I’m always happy with that decision. This time the pool was finally open, plus the sauna room and a small gym. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

The property is good, clean, confortable. However, there were two things that I didn't like. First, at the check-in it took too long. We (myself, my wife and my daughter) were in this very hotel 5 days ago. Eventhough, they took 15min to fill information they already had about us... The second thing was requiring to pay the dinner just after it, not allowing to pay at the check-out. Very rude...

The hotel was excellent, from the room to the restaurant to the staff! I’ve stayed in a plethora of hotels in Brazil over the decades and the Windsor Brasilia ranks as one of the absolute best. I will choose it for my next stay in Brasilia with no hesitation at all! If needing to stay in Brasilia, do yourself a favor and choose this one!

We really enjoyed the heated pool and was nice they were doing by schedule making sure people are safe during COVID. The gym was also nice and the breakfast was really good as well. Rooms were conformable, but the window in our room was cracked. We called and asked was told it was double film so we would be safe. We were there briefly, but staff was friendly.

The check-in took a while, as they couldnt find my reservation. After a few minutes, they finally found it. They provided an upgrade (as the available rooms were only single beds) to a room with a bathtub. Overall, a good stay. Breakfast was amazing, with staff very attentive and courteous.

Very good hotel
The swimming pool is clearly worth enjoying! If you like doing some laps, it is a warm, covered 25m swimming pool! Other than that, employees are gentle, breakfast is good, rooms are cozy, clean with new furniture, and the hotel is conveniently located within a short walking distance to a shopping mall. In particular, we got a room with a balcony with astonishing sunrise views.
