Shrigley Hall Hotel and Spa
Sadly the bathroom in our room did not meet expectations, or even basic standards of hygiene. I showed photographs of the decay, and uncleaned shower head to staff. It was a shame, because we really enjoyed our time there, and importantly, we would stay there again.

Ensana Buxton Crescent
Room was great. Service was first class. Spa area is lovely. Breakfast was really good. Only negative was fact that TV in the room didn’t work and wasn’t sorted despite being reported at reception

It was indeed a 'cosy corner', warm in the winter and ideal for walks from the door. Advance information was full and very helpful.
