"Not a hotel, this is a motel! This "hotel" had no tissue, only 1 towel, and the room was not cleaned. There was 1 staff available to clean all rooms. I witnessed at least 4 people check out within 10 minutes of checking in, due to the same issues. The African American lady at the front was really nice and professional, she brought up light bulbs and tissue. She contacted the owner but he stated he was not going to approve anything she asked. My family and I had to check out as well after 20 minutes. Please don't come here, go anywhere else. "

"Staff was nice. Bed was comfortable. Wasn’t a five star hotel but the price was great. The room was clean and quiet. Had a microwave and fridge. Check in was quick. Had no complaints!"

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful lake house! The home is large, clean, and incredibly well maintained, with plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves. Waking up to the peaceful views right on the lake was such a treat, and the quiet country setting made it the perfect escape. The house was thoughtfully set up for families—our kids had a great time with the board games and plenty of space to play and laugh together. The backyard was just as amazing, offering a fantastic area to hang out, grill, and enjoy the outdoors while taking in the gorgeous lake views. Everything about our stay felt easy, comfortable, and relaxing. It was the perfect place to spend quality time with family and friends, make memories, and unwind. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and fun lake getaway! "Room was not clean. Handles falling off drawers. Cover on heating unit fell off. Almost non existent continental breakfast. Mismatched furnishings. If it had not been for our late arrival I would have demanded a refund. Never staying at a Quality Inn again. I will also not use Hotels.com as a booking agent. "
