Absolutely one of a kind custom cottage sitting on almost 1 acre of land. The house is located in one of the most prestigious and desirable locations of South Charlotte. Just minutes to all restaurants, shopping and retail Ballantyne village has to offer.
The home has been completely renovated inside and out. This home offers 3 bedrooms and a pull out couch in the living room. The two chairs in the living room will also fold out to a bed.

Close to Rock Hill BMX
The house is on a quiet back street. It was perfect for our stay. The only minor issue was the master bathroom shower doesn’t get hot at all and has low water pressure. We just all showered in the hall bathroom.

Our family stayed at the property as we were in town for a birthday celebration. The accommodations were perfect. Sabir allowed us to check in a couple hours early and was very responsive. I would definitely recommend this property.

Nice newly renovated house with yard
The house and property are well kept and clean with noticeable new and nice renovations. All the basic amenities that we needed were conveniently available in the house. It was nice to be relatively close to town but have country scenery. If we ever return to the area we will look to reserve this house again.
