It was not 100% clean which surprised me being that they charge a significant amount for the cleaning fee. They also have someone living in the back of the house which I wish I would have known but he didn’t bother us at all. It was easy to find and comfortable and they did allow a late check out which helped us out being that we were there for my mother who had a major surgery at BSW Hospital. I was in town to fish on lake Belton and the Red Barn was in a great location. The cabin was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was nice and I made my own meals with the equipment provided. Was close to UMHB and that was perfect. Unfortunately the door cofe didnt work at first and we was late getting in the property by 4 hrs. The property manager was good at letting us know what was going on. She was very nice and the house was beautiful. Needs a little touch up here and there but its great for kids and teenagers. The barbie room was the best. After two hours of driving we arrived in front of the room without having the code we stayed 1h30 locked in our car because that night it was raining no one was there to give me the code I had not received it by email or by message I find it unacceptable because we were ready to spend the night in the car alone in a large parking lot until . We called several numbers we never had an answer until when we look on foot in the hotel we find an emergency number that was finally able to give us a code a very nice person from the hotel I find it unacceptable that expedita never sent us this famous code. In addition to the floor many places in this hotel was closed because of the work we will have liked to be kept informed of the Construction work in advance it will ruin our night.
