A equipe é extremamente atenciosa e prestativa, sempre pronta para ajudar. A localização é ótima e o sossego do lugar torna a experiência ainda mais especial. "A pousada e atendimento são ótimos sim, mas só não mereceu nota 10 na minha experiência por 2 razões: - a taxa diária de R$100 cobrada do pet. Acho o valor muito alto (ainda mais pra uma cachorrinha como a nossa, que não faz nenhuma sujeira ou barulho), praticamente uma proibição, e além disso eu não soube antecipadamente dessa cobrança, pois não vi isso no site, ao contratar a hospedagem (acredito que esteja lá essa informação sim, como a gerente me falou depois, mas talvez fosse o caso de deixar isso mais em destaque, pra não passar batido, pois o valor não é irrelevante) - isso de ter churrasqueira que os hóspedes possam usar me parece uma "faca de dois gumes", pois se por um lado pode agradar ao hóspede que queira utilizar o espaço, por outro lado vejo como uma fonte de conflitos em potencial, pois as pessoas que estejam fazendo churrasco normalmente vão querer colocar caixas de som com música, o que pode perturbar outros hóspedes (isso ocorreu durante nossa estadia, no sábado, mas felizmente a música não estava muito alta a não chegou a incomodar muito) Ficam essas 2 sugestões então, obrigado!"
