I enjoyed watching the birds and squirrels, having a fire every night, hiking on the nearby trails, and generally just relaxing. Would highly recommend this location. "We had the best time at this little cabin on the river. Perfect place for a family fet away. The kids loved playing in the river and the baby fawns that were close by as well! Short drive to Alpena and Lale Huron! Highly recommend and would definitely rent it again!"
