Mold around bathtub caulking. Clean otherwise. Electric outlets didn’t work on side table. Lamps were rusty. Ok for emergency but barely worth the money. Staff was nice tho and has great free morning breakfast.

I stayed at the Quality Inn Fairview on the weekend of the total eclipse in Erie, PA. Our room was a little dated and a bit frayed in places but more importantly itwas clean, the beds comfortable, the heater ran great and it included a microwave and mini fridge, both in good working order. Breakfast was included and instead of self-service hot trays we were given breakfast menus and our food was made to order - the griddle cakes got two thumbs up! The hotel is close to Presque Isle and not too far from downtown Erie. Most importantly the staff were friendly and helpful, especially the wait staff who had to deal with the large crowds of eclipse tourists at breakfast. All in all a great stay!

It was disgusting. There was dirt/marks on the sheets that were easily wiped with water (so not a stain, just unwashed), the water from the sink came out yellow, there was an awful smell in the room that wouldn’t go away, and literal MOLD all over the inside of the fridge. We did not complain to management, so we can’t speak on their accommodations but it was absolutely disgusting.

We stay here quite often and always get good service. The restaurant and bar staff are wonderful. The front desk guy was nice but misinformed us about entertainment in the bar. Maybe he was just confused?

Found bug on pillow before going to bed. Drywall was half ripped off. Shower was luke warm and was not hot whats so ever. Whole building smelled like cigarettes and marijuana. It was disgusting.

Second Chance Second Strike
So I gave this hotel a second chance after staying there two years ago. The room was clean and staff nice but the entire facility is very old. This is the second time I stayed and the second time I had very limited hot water (never really got hot) and water pressure so low I couldn't rinse my hair out. Very disappointing.

there is the old expression you get what you pay for and its true here in a positive way. Rooms and property are very tired but rooms were clean and bed comfortable. The big plus is the staff from check in to the restaurant. Everyone very friendly and accomodating. The onsite restaurant is a big plus and convenient. Food and staff were great. Prices were reasonable. Burgers were outstanding as was full hot breakfast served to order and included in room price.

Great staff, poor room.
Check in was great. The clerk was excellent. The room left a lot to be desired. The heater didn't work, so was a bit chilly all night. There was mold on the ceiling. The biggest issue is that the outlets on ones wall were not working. So the hotel had strung multiple extension cords to a 3 outlet block. The block had not only the extension cord but a microwave plugged into it. For safety reasons we unplugged the block, which also had the lights on it, and plugged in the refrigerator.
