"I booked a room, arrived at the hotel to a kiosk in the lobby, after waiting an hour for it to update and find my reservation, I was notified that there was not yet a clean and ready room for me. I could not locate a person to help me and I left the hotel."

Unfortunately our bathroom floor could have been cleaner, the sheets on our bed did not seem to fit properly, and the guests above us made so much banging/pounding noises but staff was willing to help intervene once I informed them. "This hotel is very pet-friendly. Staff at desk were excellent and very hospitable! We booked the suite with adjoining rooms. This worked good but I think there should at least be a privacy curtain between the two. We stayed in March so there really wasn't any other people there so hot breakfast wasn't every day. There is a Grab N Go and the Cenex very near, both had hot food items for purchase. It's not a fancy hotel but for the size of Killdeer and surrounding area, I would definitely recommend and would stay there again!"
