I’d say it was a solid satisfactory hotel. I’d stay there again. I really liked it. It’s right next to the fair Oaks mall there’s a Starbucks not far and despite not interacting much with the staff, they seemed to be a solid crew parking right at the hotel, I definitely go back However, the rooms have patios that face the inner courtyard and I don’t believe the patio doors open. I didn’t care for that.

Like the cleanliness of the property and the location. The curtains in the room were torn/rip and the desk chair fabric was crack both items could use a replacement. Besides these minor things overall the room was nice.

All good in every way
It was a sleep stay for us for two nights. Both were more than comfortable, wonderfully quiet. Facilities were well considered and all worked perfectly. Staff was courteous and always a smile. Housekeeping was excellent.

We had a comfortable stay at this property. The bed was comfortable and the hotel was quiet at night. The hotel lobby is also beautifully renovated. However, during our stay the cleaning crew came by at 8am while we were sleeping and did not clean our room at all later during the day. Additionally, the bathroom did not have ventilation.
