« Bathroom and beds were clean but walked barefoot on floor and had to clean my feet before getting into bed. Cleaning lady was very friendly. Was told a continental breakfast was included but there was a sign on the door in the morning that no breakfast was available. There were 3 of us in the room with one roll of toilet paper and no one was in The office, every time we called the office we got a busy signal. « I stay here often so to see that the room I was given this last time was in poor condition surprised me. In addition to being asked several times if I was checking out (this was at around 9am) and constantly reminding me that check out is at 11am was a bit too much for me. »

« The cleanliness could have been better..we had to ask for new sheets and pillow cases..as someone that is a manager for janitorial business, I would have hoped it would have been more than it was! We had to change our own bed bc there was no staff to do it. Then I noticed the cleaner in the morning was using the same mop water in every room..I get being short staffed but managing comes first so that’s where it starts!! Do better.. »
