Detached house nestled between a forest and a truffle orchard. On the ground floor, you'll appreciate the living area with a lounge equipped with a fireplace, sofa, TV, and Wi-Fi, and the dining room with a kitchen (dishwasher, 3-burner gas hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator). There is also a shower room with a toilet. Upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms: one with a double bed (140x190cm) and an attic bedroom with two single beds (90x190cm). A separate toilet is also located on this floor. The property features an unfenced garden and a terrace with garden furniture. Outdoor play equipment for children is available below in the forest. Baby equipment includes a travel cot, changing mat, high chair, and baby bath. End-of-stay cleaning is €50\. Towels are €5 per person per change. Bed linen is €12 per bed per change. The maximum occupancy is 4 people. 3 km from the fortified town of Eymet (arcaded houses, fountain, and 13th-century castle). You will also be 25 km from the old town of Bergerac, which has preserved many vestiges of the past (half-timbered houses). It is the ideal starting point for exploring the vineyards and fortified towns. Visit the castles of Bridoire, Duras, and Monbazillac. Don't miss the market day on Thursdays, which has been held since the town's founding, as well as the many events throughout the summer.
