4/10 Poor

"Room, suite was not clean. Dust on top of places that was there for a long time. Hot tub has black buildup on the tiles, it hasn't been maintenanced for a long time. Either the filers are plugged or need to be cleaned. Many forgien objects floating in the hot tub. Very poor hygiene!! The suite or 1 room apartment was quite dirty, there was hair on the inside sheets of the bed. Although the front staff were helpful, the owners really need to re invest in better maintenance as well quality control. This has been our 3rd stay, over the last 3 years, we like the atmosphere. But without these implementation s, I dont see us staying here again. To the owners, your customers are your most valuable resource. Without us, your business will struggle, online feedback should be your guide to improving and building your business so it is a place customers will want to come back to, as well tell other people about the experience."

"The pool and waterslide are cool. The rest is crap. Do better Pocaterra. Staff are useless. No automatic doors anywhere so trying to lug a luggage cart into the building is a struggle. Staff just watched as I struggled to get through the doors. The room was freezing cold no matter how high we set the heat. We had to prop a wall of pillows along the side of the bed that is unfortunately right beside the blower because every time it kicked on, there was a cold wind blowing directly onto that bed. Yes, it was set to heat. But would blow cold air quite forcefully. The vent was so dusty and nasty looking, so this air was gross. Clean your equipment once in a while. Water was SCALDING hot. My daughter sustained burns to her hands that I had to treat with cold compress, despite turning up hot water slow and gradually. The mini fridge froze everything we had in there so I had to throw out all the fresh fruit and veggies and pop that I'd bought, which was super expensive in canmore. Huge waste of money. I will not stay here again."

"I would have given full 5 star review. However, there are things that take away a star, if not 2. 1. The quality of room cleaning service was not great. I found my PJ that I left on the bed being thrown on the sofa. Very strange. 2. The garbage bin in the bathroom was left on the toilet cover. Were they in such a hurry? After seeing all these, we declined for future room cleaning services. Not impressed. 3. This is an interior designer issue. The show door can only be opened around 45 degrees as it is hitting the huge shower head. I hit it every time I opened the shower door no matter how careful I was. 4. The restaurant in the hotel is expensive and nothing special about it. There is a grill in the restaurant for grilling breads and it is a joke. I left my piece of bread there for 5 minutes and it could only warm it up but not more than that. For price of $550+ per night (we stay for 4 nights), it does not feel right. I am not sure if this is a pro or con. Our room door opens directly to the outside so we needed to get dressed well just to access the lobby."
