The Front Desk Receptionist Betsy was very rude and unpleasant. I thought it was with me and my husband but I observed the same rudeness with another person in line after we had checked in. I hope I don’t experience this again. Also, the air conditioner in the room did not get cold at all.

As we arrived in the evening we witnessed an unsettling incident between the front desk staff and an elderly man who were trying to check in. To be kind, I won’t elaborate, but the evening front desk lady needs to be more pleasant. The morning people were great!

I felt like the front desk staff on the first day was prejudice and her demeanor was horrible. I feel like because we book through this site, we were not respected. We ended up switching to a better room. The gym was tiny. The breakfast was small in choice and bland. We were more comfortable at the neighboring hotel the Fairfield.
