Nice place to stay when fishing the 10,000 islands
Had a great time fishing the dock/lift was great right on the Barron River easy access to fishing the 10,000 islands.

Pool house
Overall this property is great. Clean, organized, spacious and great to have a pool. My only complaint would be that i feel like the property needs a gas grill for convenience. There is a charcoal grill but we arrived late our first night and were planning on throwing a few burgers on grill but there was no charcoal for the grill. We made it happen old school on a pan which was fine but just a bit more of a messy cleanup.

I'm sorry that not having a gas grill kept us from earning 5 stars during your stay. We do not have gas to the property and changing propane tanks isn't easy to manage from out of state. Guests don't tend to let you know until it's all out. Thanks for visiting and safe travels.

Everglades thanksgiving
The house was terrific; the neighborhood when you get to know it was very welcoming and convenient. The natives were all very cordial and pleasant. Would recommend without reservation.

Fun in the Florida Sun
To be able to visit an ecosystem like the Everglades is truly one of a kind. There is not another place like it on this planet. And to be able to stay in a house that accommodates a large group of people is icing on the cake. This is an annual thing we do and is now 2 times a year for us. The villa is very affordable. It has plenty of beds for the guests. Big hot tub on the 2nd story. Clean atmosphere and a pool too. So after you have been sight seeing you can cool off in the pool and unwind. Duane is hands on with you throughout the stay. He lets you know that if there is anything he can help you with he Is only an email or phone call away. His love and care for the tenant goes above and beyond. Book a stay with Mr. Goff and you will not be disappointed at all

Fishing Trip
House was great for our needs. Boat lift so we didn’t have to worry about the tide fluctuations. Pool to cool off in durning the day and lots of space inside and out. Will book again

Great house!
We loved the house, had plenty of room for 3 families. The kitchen was well stocked, lots of nice towels and all the beds were VERY comfortable. We had an unforeseen water issue and the owner handled it immediately. He could not have been more responsive. Overall a wonderful experience, we will rent again!!

Guys' Fishing Trip

Just Enough to do
Property is nice and photos show everything. Kids and adults had fun. Stocked kitchen for easy meals. Just enough around to keep us busy if we wanted to go away. Spent most days by the pool or under the large shaded area when we needed out of the sun. Host was responsive and easy to contact. Restaurants and fishing available in the city.

Great property and amenities
We stayed here with a group of friends and had an amazing time! The house was located close to the boat dock and the pool was just what we all needed after long boat days. There was plenty of room at the house for everyone. Duane was very responsive every time I reached out with a question. It was the perfect rental for our group trip!

Fantastic Time in the Glades
Duane was always available to answer questions and to give recommendations. The beds were super comfortable!!! This spacious home with ample parking and well stocked kitchen was a perfect haven for our family.

Perfect location for the Seafood Festival
We had friends and family stay for the seafood festival this year and this home was the perfect location. We were close enough to walk to the festival daily and the boat dock was fairly close as well. The owner was readily available for any questions we had. Home was fully stocked in the kitchen, which made cooking easy. We love this slice of Old Florida and we know you will too.

Boating. Sunbathing. Swim Under The Stars.
For my mother's 75th birthday, she asked to celebrate in nature and you can't get any closer to nature than Everglades City. I was attracted to this property because of the number of bedrooms - plenty of space for four adults - and the suite upstairs was perfect for my husband and I with the separate bedrooms with a shared bath were perfect for my mom and uncle. The size of the kitchen with the island breakfast table was an evening social gathering space for conversation and celebrating. The theatre seating with the large movie screen is super comfy and provides excellent entertainment variety which is great for stormy Florida afternoons. Add in the perk of a swimming pool, great for a swim after a morning on the water, exploring the Ten Thousand Islands. Lastly ... the convenience of the docks was THE BOMB! As for the host, Duane ... when I had questions, I was able to text and get a response within minutes. This made for a stress-free weekend.

The house was great with everything we could have needed inside for cooking during our stay. The pool was wonderful and we enjoyed brining our boat and utilizing the dock area for fishing. Very quiet neighborhood.
