Hilton Marco Island Beach Resort and Spa

"The stay overall was great. The front desk was welcoming and helped us get acclimated to the property and amenities. The room was spacious, in great condition, and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was roomy and it had all the essentials. The pool area was basic, but the hot tub was larger than normal which was great with being able to be comfortable even with people in it. The only complaint was how we weren’t able to throw a ball while in the pool and how our towels were removed after 30 minutes of leaving the pool chairs unattended to get food on one of the days, but not the other. It felt targeted because we had great seats. I’d be okay with it if there was a sign that warned the guests but there wasn’t and when we asked an attendant they had removed the towels themselves and then other guests took our chairs. I felt it was rude and unfair and someone could have communicated with us. Specially since the towel dispensers say a $25 charge occurs when towels are not returned. Aside from the it was nice to have great food options across the street, easy to walk to several restaurants and stores."

"Great hotel with everything you need for a nice long stay if needed. Short term is good too!! Fast internet, kitchen, nice front porch to sit on. Very relaxing and quiet. Hotel is clean for the most part. Would stay again if prompted with the opportunity."

"The property was adequate and suited our needs. The pictures oversold the newness of it just a little bit but all in all it was great for our family. The master bathroom could use a remodel but it was all functional. Really loved the ice maker and the beach equipment was in really good shape."
