It was good besides having band aids hanging from our smoke alarm which I was told due to people smoking in rooms trying to cover it up . Also box spring had a questionable color stain or something on it .

I’m rating this upon our arrival. The first room we were given was very unacceptable. When you open the door to enter there was a very bad oder. Everyone commented on the smell so it wasn’t just me. After getting settled in, I sat on the bed to see how comfortable, the pillows smelled so bad like dirty hair, then my granddaughter found dog hair all over the top of one bed, pulled back the sheets and there was hair in the bed. I decided that we at least needed clean pillows, I asked the staff member at the desk for pillows then told about the other things, without hast she moved us to a different room, when we walked in it was fresh and clean. The only thing about the new room was the shower knob kept falling so you had to hold it to control it otherwise your water got very hot. I would stay again , but it would not be my first choice.

We came down just for one night from BC to take our kids to the Imagine Children’s Museum. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly, the underground parking was safe and there was a lot of it which I really appreciated. For the purpose of our trip you cant beat the location. The room was spacious, quiet and perfect for what we needed.

Good evening. My partner and I stayed at your hotel April 6th for my birthday and we generally were pleased with the stay, but a couple things of note occurred that I thought I would pass along. #1 Ennis was a joy. Great personality and very helpful, #2 the view was great #3 our TV didn’t work. We called the front desk and maintenance came, got it working, but told us not to turn it off or we would lose the connection! We left it on when we went to dinner, but it was still disconnected from service when we returned, so I had to watch SNL on my phone :( #4 there was no information in the room about WiFi, room service, food, fire exits, amenities etc. usually a room has a binder with info. We had nothing. We are returning to Everett next month for my partner’s birthday and may be returning to your hotel and hope the TV works! 🙂

The room was really nice overall but the furniture was extremely uncomfortable….more the type of furniture that’s only meant to look at but not for relaxing. The swimming pool was extremely cold…..just room temperature…..maybe 70 deg. For a hotel of this caliber, it should be at least 85 deg. Coldest hotel pool ever so my son was very disappointed. Nice hotel otherwise. If it had comfortable furniture and a warm pool, I would rate it a 5 and come back often.

A bit....odd.
Overall, our stay was.....fine. The good: The bed was nice, shower was great (good water pressure, etc.), I think the staff was friendly (see below), room was clean. The bad: The room, by definition, had a window. It was 18" from a black wall. Literally could not see anything. Must have been a dead space room that they didn't want to lose money on. Was not ideal. Also, at check in, they had a DJ playing music on 11 right next to the customer service counter. I thought we were being punked or something. Could not hear a word she was saying. Again, really, really weird.

Windows too thin.
We had three people in our party and stayed in a beautiful 5th floor, corner room suite, that overlooked the city. Our room had one king bed and a sofa bed. We had to request bedding for the sofa bed since there wasn't any additional bedding in the room. The windows in the room were terrible. Because we overlook the city we had all the sounds of the city coming into the room. We had to check and make sure the windows weren't actually open to explain the noise. The windows are just cheep and thin, which is disappointing done this was a Marriott.

Room was nice, the pool area was discussing.
The room was tidy and clean, however the pool and the pool area needed attention, we spent a lot of time there so I was able to observe the same dirty areas 2 days in a row. Hair in the pool, around the pool, in the shower room, as well as what appeared to be vomit in the shower room.
