The host went above and beyond with little details to make our experience better and make our stay feel more welcoming, even for our pup. « The staff was great. The cold water did not work in the shower. So it was near to impossible to take a comfortable shower. It's unfortunate that the lobby does not stay open for more than 12 hours because were locked out in the middle of the night and had to repeatedly call 2 phone numbers for an hour and a half before they finally came to let us in.
