"I was there less than 12 hours but it was clean and comfortable."

"What a wonderful and convenient place to stay in Roanoke! Perfect location and beautiful hotel! Our daughter moved to Roanoke and we’ve been staying at a different hotel each time we visit. Parking wasn’t the most convenient, but not terrible and a very fair price. The only negative was we had counted on the 3 PM check-in that was given to us on the website. And while we were told that is the check-in time, rooms were not available until 4pm. The first lady we talked to wasn’t overly sympathetic, but once we went back and waited, everyone was very kind. This would be the only reason we might pause to book again especially if we have early dinner reservations as we typically do. It was a rush to get ready. But a beautiful hotel!"

"Had booked 2 rooms with 2 queen beds. The rooms honestly could have been cleaned much better i wiped down the room and the rug was dirty still the ac smelt moldy and the rooms both smelt disgusting, but the bed was very comfortable and no bugs. The staff i encountered was kind and helpful. Tvs had been updated which was nice. Just wish the room was cleaned better. And the smell wasnt super bad deff needed to deodorize the carpet."

"Was not disclosed the entire property would be under renovation. Breakfast was in a meeting room. I think the staff did a excellent job considering the conditions of having the entire first floor under construction. Just disappointed we where not told what we was walking into! "

"Pool and staff were nice, wish we had more time to enjoy it. I screwed up my booking date but the manager took care of it with no penalty. Very thankful and impressed there is still good people and customer service out there! "

"We stayed 1 night as we were in town for a baseball tournament. It was a quick stay. Room was clean, breakfast was good, staff was nice and helpful. Only problem was a noise coming from the vent all night that kept me up, I informed staff and they were going to address it. Otherwise, great stay and would stay again."
