The Terrace guesthouse occupies the lower level of the home. The Terrace is entirely private with separate entry, covered sunroom with private hot tub, huge back patio, BBQ grill, hammock, and outdoor dining area. Please note there may be guests occupying the upper level of the home during your stay. Located just 20 minutes from downtown Eureka Springs and in a quiet cove on Beaver Lake, this location offers the best access to the lake with a public access area within walking distance that contains a parking spot and is secluded. No children under 12 or fires are permitted.

Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Ensure hot tub is set to 101 degrees, heater is set to 60 degrees in winter and AC is set to 76 degrees in summer.
Ensure propane for fire pit is off and cover is on. Ensure all charcoal coals are not hot and grill is covered. Make sure oven and coffee maker are off.
Wash all dishes. You do not need to put them away.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Nice accommodations, but there were a lot of stairs we had to navigate. Gravel road to our place was very rough. The owners were super nice and helpful! Overall, a very nice getaway!
