Common Area Deck, Parlor, and Dining Room. The historic Brownstone Inn was built in 1895 and served for many years as the original headquarters of Ozarka Water Bottling Co. In the 1980's, the property was converted to lodging and has continued operation ever since. Conveniently located across from the train on Main Street in Eureka Springs, the heart of downtown is a flat and easy one mile walk from the Inn. A stay at the Brownstone Inn provides access to our Parlor which includes living, dining, and kitchen space. Breakfast service is not available at this time. This place was perfect! Can’t believe the price. Felt more like a studio apartment then a hotel room and was awesome having the extra space. The common area upstairs is beautifully decorated and has all the amenities you want. They even provided complementary baked goods in the kitchen.
