"I recently stayed at the Quality Inn & Suites in Eufaula, Alabama, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The customer service, particularly from a staff member named Jay, was extremely unprofessional and rude. It made what should have been a simple check-in process unnecessarily uncomfortable. In addition, the rooms were far from satisfactory. They felt outdated, poorly maintained, and not at all comfortable. For a place that should offer rest and relaxation, it fell short in every aspect. Overall, I would not recommend this location based on my experience. Improvements in both customer service and room quality are definitely needed."

"Our room really needed an update. The carpet is old and stained. The room smelled like marijuana, most likely smoke that wafted up from the unit below us. The WiFi signal was weak and struggled to load webpages. Our unit was the farthest from the office, which was probably a major factor. On the positive side, the manager is an outstanding guy and attentive to his customers."

"Everything was clean and well taken care of. Plenty of room for us to park our boats for 3 days on the lake fishing and just down the road from the state ramp and the gator stop tackle and convenience store. The hospitality was great and the fact that this was Tom Mann’s family farm house made the stay even more special! A one of kind stay in Eufaula!"
