Check in staff were friendly, common areas clean and smelled wonderful. We are here just before Christmas and the lobby was decorated beautifully. Room was clean and comfortable.

Out of the 5 to 6 hotels in the area this is by far the best. Last December 2022 we stayed in another hotel just up the road and while it was good hotel there is a difference between good and great. No complaints here other than heavy footsteps from the floor above!

The desk clerk was not at all inviting We checked into our room and the heater was not functioning correctly. We called the desk and she said she would come and check. After 30 minutes we packed up and went back to lobby. She came out from a back room (I’m sure she forgot about us). Eventually we were moved to a room that was nice and warm. For the price we paid, $170, our experience with check in should have been better. The hotel itself is nice and the morning staff were great.

The hotel was very well kept. The bed was comfortable. They only gave two sets of towels and limited pillows. Most employees were very nice.

Room air conditioning stopped working on the first night I ask the staff to get someone to check it and it seemed no one did second night still wasn’t working and they didn’t offered to swap room so no air conditioning the second night.

Loved the hotel overall
Hotel is beautiful. I would definitely come back. However, the bed wasn’t so comfortable and the pillows were flat so I hope they update those.

Our room didn’t appear to be clean. The carpet felt grimy and the tile in front of the door was slippery and I almost fell several times. The A/C was on the fritz but was later fixed. The room temp was 85 degrees. I’m accustomed to better conditions at The Hampton Inn.

Staff was extremely friendly & unfailingly courteous! Enjoyed our stay at this Hotel. Housekeeping supervisor may want to emphasize dusting the decorative wall between the beds, above the night stand.

Woman on front desk for both my stays was great and very helpful. Only complaint they have sliding doors that cover the closet or the bathroom the one in my room was off its track. Don’t know why it wasn’t reported and fixed.
