Entire house is yours, with the exception the garage and owners closet. lots and lots of parking on our huge driveway and front lawn that will accommodate 10 or more cars. you'll have use of our private dock and plenty of space to park your boat trailer. nearby there is a neighborhood ramp for launching, right next to a convenience store with low cost marine gas to meet your watercraft needs.

Guest access
Access to private dock with year round water, neighborhood Rock Creek public use ramp, nearby Land & Lake Market and Grill for bait, gas, and other necessities. Nearby Twin Creeks Marina and Drafts and Watercrafts restaurant are a 15 minute boat ride away
Other things to note
TV /Internet:
We have high speed internet through Xfinity. While we do NOT have Cable TV, we have three smart TV's to access your own cable network accounts, Netflix, Hulu, amazon Prime, Disney Plus Etc. during your stay.

Bring With You:
* Life jackets- we encourage all swimmers and boaters to use life jackets for their own safety.
* Fishing Gear- for the dock or on excursions. Fishing licenses can be purchased online or at the local marina or Walmart.
* Extra beach towels for use on the lake. we have a limited amount of beach towels available for your use, but you may want to bring extra if you have several people.
*Sleeping bags or air mattresses- while we are fine with guests using sleeping bags and air mattresses to best accommodate your group with sleeping arrangements, these are not provided. please feel free to bring and use your own.
*We do provide dishwasher and laundry soap and trash bags, an initial stock of paper towels, toilet paper, complimentary hand soap, body soap, shampoo and conditioner, but you may want to bring extra if you have a lengthy stay.
*Firewood-We have a fire pit for your use, You can bring firewood or purchase at the nearby Home Depot or local gas stations.
