Loved the hot tub and 2 fireplaces. Beds were so comfy. Well appointed and well stocked. Excellent communication with property manager. Can’t say enough good things about our stay in cabin 27! The cabin was beautiful, well appointed, clean and in like-new condition. Upon checking in and hurriedly getting ready to head out to an event we had difficulty getting the hot water to work in the master shower. At about this time we received a courtesy call to ask if our check-in went smoothly. Naturally I used this opportunity to mention the shower and they said they would send someone right over. ((1 minute later, Knock, knock)). In short, the shower issue was fixed within 10 minutes of me recording the problem and even THAT had a follow up check in from the rental team. We would HIGHLY recommend this group and the cabin (or any similar cabin rented by this group) to anyone wanting close in access to Estes and the surrounding area. I honestly can't think of a thing they could have done to make our stay smoother and more comfortable. Five stars, all the way. ##### Allen A.
