Two elk walked by while I was sitting in the hot tub and went into the river! There was some issue with flooding/leak in the basement - the water didn't impact my actual space I was staying in but I could hear something loud coming from the vents around 10:30pm, which sounded like a washer machine, I guessed from maybe the unit above me, so I called the front desk. They came to look upstairs but no one was staying above me and then the noise went away. The noise came back and I called again, someone came out immediately and found that there was flooding/leak in the basement of the building, so what sounded like a sump pump was going off, so this seems like an ongoing issue for this unit, but I did really appreciate the promptness of response - but probably should address the root of the issue before someone else stays there. The sump pump is very loud through the vents. Otherwise, I really liked where I stayed and appreciated the customer service and after hours immediate response. Thanks again! ##### Samantha D.
