The living room opens directly onto a large terrace with beautiful views. The space is carefully decorated to ensure a pleasant stay. \>Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances to prepare and enjoy your favorite meals. It is separated from the living room by a large breakfast bar with stools, perfect for a relaxed meal or morning coffee. \>Bedrooms: The apartment has three spacious bedrooms, each with a double bed, storage space, and bedside tables for added comfort. The master bedroom has direct access to the terrace and an ensuite bathroom. \>Bathrooms: The property includes two modern and bright bathrooms equipped with a sink, toilet, and large mirrors. One of them is ensuite. Check-in is available from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. After 9 pm there’s an additional charge of 40€ until 11 pm, and 60€ until 00hs. Outside these hours, please ask us for availability and rates. Please let us know your arrival time 24 hours in advance to make sure that someone will be waiting for you and you can enter the apartment. If you arrive one hour later than the scheduled time, there will be a surcharge of €25. \*We do not accept groups of teenagers or underage guests unaccompanied by adults. The minimum age to book is 25 years old. \*Sheets and towels are included in the rate. We provide towels only for the number of guests, if you need more, they will have an additional cost. We do not provide towels for the beach. \*Transfer to and from the airport available, check availability and costs. \* The pool is only open a few months a year.
