"The rooms were remodeled, clean and very nice. The only thing I did not like is there was not enough water pressure in the shower and it took a long time for the water to get hot staff was very friendly. All the amenities were great. The restaurant staff was friendly and accommodating. We stay there every year and I will definitely be back."

"My stay was great !! Felt safe and welcomed upon arrival !! Staff member Danny has a very pleasant attitude and friendly as he was treating all guests. The place is simple, nothing too fancy but still very convenient!! Locating was awesome to the west part of beautiful Monterrey !! The mattress was nice and comfortable!! "Absolutely phenomenal "feel" to the property. Lobby, common areas, rooms all have charm. Friendly and rapidly helpful staff. Perfect location for Barrio Antiguo, Santa Lucia, rest of Centro. Clean. Comfortable. However, internet speed quite sporadic and toilet paper holder awkward (obviously a very minor quibble). Nevertheless, beyond impressive."

"My wife and I would walk to parque fundidora and there’s a delicious taqueria right next to the hotel. Everything was clean and the shower was huge even with a little bench in it. "

The breakfast bufet excelled my expectations, a great variety of mexican and international options, butbtge highlight of it was the "cafe de olla" a mexican variation of cofee.
