Disappointed in service at the food pantry. The associate was a cell phone until i asked for help and 2 days in a row did not fill creamers and sugar stand until I asked her to.

Property needs a little work. Hot water went out for the entire property our first night there and wasn’t fixed until about 1pm the next day. Elevator was missing 2 tiles which was a trip hazard, back door and a couple washers were out of order. I think the new GM will get everything working, he seems like a go getter but is having to fix a lot of issues to make it great. It wasn’t all bad though but we got a refund and went to another hotel due to the hot water issues.
