タオルが従来は2組用意して頂いたのに、今回は1組。 また、今までチップを取らなかったのに、今回は毎日取られた。毎日掃除に入り不便、シーツは6日間取り替えられなかった。レセプションの対応は従来通り、親切で良かった。

They did not mention that we need to pay for parking till we checked out. It actually costs €15 per day which they did not mention on check in. That is absolutely unreasonable.

Leider kein Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer un dauch eine ziemlich unfreundliche Dame am Empfang. Bar und Restaurant waren geschlossen.

Gutes Hotel mit Buchungsproblemen
Tripp nach Essen. Bereits mit Buchung bezahltes Frühstück sollte bei Check-in und Check-out nochmals bezahlt werden! Business Plus Zimmer nicht sehr groß, Bad neu und sauber. Restaurant hatte geschlossen (Personalmangel wurde als Ursache genannt). Frühstücksauswahl gut.

Very good hotel near Essen train station
Conveniently located 2min walk from the Essen train station so easy to walk around the city centre. Modern, well equipped, comfortable accommodation with good service. Room was on a smaller side but fully covered what I needed for my stay.

Lovely hotel
Lovely hotel very close to the station,city centre and Christmas markets.Lovely staff.Very friendly and helpful.Good breakfast. Free city voucher enabled us to travel around on trans (to Zollverein Coal Mine) and trains back to airport. Hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas.

We had a very short overnight stay before flying out early the next morning. We chose the hotel because of its location & availability of parking. Both were great

Great hotel.
The hotel was a copule of minutes from Essen (Hbf) train station, so perfetc positioning to get to and from the Messe convention hall each day. The room was a decent size, with a very nice shower! We could chekc out till midday which was nice compaired to the normal 11am which was helpful for our plans.

this was an average property. We actually booked for one person accidently but was sleeping 2 people anyway. The front desk person kindly accepted to change it to one bedroom unit. I stayed in room 418 , the tea kettle had old lime stain. even though we made the tea, we didn't drink it. There one one bottle of complimentry water which was nice, but we didn't need it this hotel in particular didn't meet my expectation
