"Cet emplacement est idéal, si vous voulez visiter le port aller dans les souk, et avoir des petits restos à proximité, tout se fait très bien à pied. Le personnel était très chaleureux et bienveillant . Toutefois, nos bémols sont les suivants : l’activité nocturne est incessante. Malheureusement, nous n’avons pas réussi à bien dormir les deux nuits, car le bruit est constant que ce soit les jeunes qui jouent à l’extérieur jusqu’à 1h du matin, suivie, de la musique, à fond de train, et que dire du chien qui hurle sa vie toute la nuit . Nous avions beau avoir des bouchons pour dormir, le bruit était trop intense et ce peu importe la chambre, car nos amis dormaient dans une autre chambre, et c’était la même chose pour eux. De plus, il n’y a pas d’air climatisé, ni de ventilation fourni. Les fenêtres n’ont pas de moustiquaire donc si vous voulez avoir un courant d’air vous devez ouvrir les fenêtres ce qui fait que les moustiques rentrent. Finalement, nous avons eu le malheur de trouver une Coquerel dans la cuisine. Donc en gros le gros l’emplacement et la vue est idéale si c’est ce que vous recherchez."

"Riad Rafeef is a very interesting riad, and the decoration was cool to see. The management had put in a few years to renovate the place and you can definitely see the effort and thought put into the design. As with all of our stays in Morocco, the staff here was exceptional and very helpful. I am very grateful to the staff and the gentleman who had welcomed us, answered all questions throughout the stay, and helped us with our heavy luggage (sorry!)."

"Good quality apartment hotel, helpful staff and plentiful breakfast. Also had a good dinner. Only downside is the surrounding environment. Half finished/abandoned building works. Normal for Morocco but its a shame. Be aware the place is 2.5 km from the Medina. 35 min walk (usually a cooling Atlantic breeze) or 10 MAD petit taxi"

"The location has to be the best in Essaouira. Our room overlooked the ocean with waves lapping the cliffs below. Lovely friendly staff, lovely restaurant overlooking the ocean with an almost panoramic view. I can highly recommend an ocean view room here, you won't regret it."

"Rashida was so lovely and helpful - thanks to her for making our stay very pleasant! 5 stars to her!! The rooftop bar was fun and had a live band. We stayed in Tangier room and the fresh ocean air was exquisite!!"

"We stayed early August and loved this hotel. The renovations are beautiful and this hotel will be amazing once it is all completed. There was some noise around the pool deck but it was manageable. I really loved all the palm plants and the pool area is lovely. This hotel is in a great location and you can easily walk around and see the sites. Highly recommend! We really enjoyed our time and the staff are helpful."
