Mükemmel

Mükemmel bir deneyimdi. Çalışanlar çok yardımcı olmaya çok açıklardı. Odamız ev gibi hissettirdi. Bir otel odasından çok daha büyüktü oturma alanı mutfak bölümü hatta ütü masasına kadar her şey düşünülmüş ve temizdi. Temizliğe çok önem veren biri olarak çok rahat ettim. Erken ayrılmamız gerektiğinden kahvaltısını deneyimleyemedik ama restaurant bölümü gayet büyük görünüyordu. Otel çok merkezi tramvaya ve tren garına çok yakındı. Eskişehire bir daha gelirsek kesinlikle burada kalırız.

Yataklar hariç hiç bir yer hiç bir şey düzgün deyil, kapı iç kilit kolu kopuk, 2 tane TV var ikiside çalışmıyor, mutfak var hiç bir araç gereç yok, mikrodalga içi yağdan pis, iki kişiyiz banyoda 2 büyük havlu var ama bir tane küçük havlu var, banyoda elinizi yıkayacak sert sabun yok .Üstün körü temizlik yapılmış. Bir daha gidilmez

Çok memnun kaldık

Ankaradan çift olarak geldik son dakikada başka otelin bizi mağdur bırakması üzerine burayı bulduk ve iyi ki kazık atmış dedik. çift katlı buzdolabından ütü ve ütü masasına çift televizyonundan çok güzel klimasına kadar bizi çok memnun bıraktı otel. Çalışanları da gayet güleryüzlü. Yeni bir otel olmasının verdiği ayrı bir temizlik var eşyalarında da. Otopark hemen önüne çekiyorsunuz ve konumu çok iyi esparka yürüyerek 3 dakika. Çok teşekkür ederiz..
